In the "Rights-related Organizations and Practices" section, feminist and queer organizations and their understanding and use of the concept of quan, or rights, are introduced. Topics touched on include: 1) the meaning and cross-referencing of the concepts of quanli, quanyi, human rights, among others in feminist discourses, and the representative Women’s Voice e-journal is cited as an example; 2) feminist and queer organizations and how they incorporate the rights discourses into their mission statements and their activities; 3) how feminist and queer individuals and communities actively use the legal framework and rights-related concepts to advocate gender and sexual equality. Specific legal dispute cases will be introduced in this part. This section also illustrates concrete examples that supplement the "Legal Contexts of Rights" section.

 

「『權』相關的組織活動」部分介紹了女權組織和酷兒組織對「權」概念的理解和運用。所涉及的內容包括：（1）以具有代表性的《女聲》電子期刊為例，辨析「權利」、「權益」、「人權」等概念在女權主義話語中的含義。（2）女權組織和酷兒組織，以及它們如何將「權」相關的話語應用到其宣言和活動中。（3）女權主義者和酷兒群體如何積極利用法律以及「權」相關的概念來推動性/別平等觀念。本部分將介紹具體的法律糾紛案例，並將用具體的例子來為「『權』的法律背景」部分進行補充。
