Founded in 2014, Pepper Tribe is a website aimed at encouraging women to use online media to achieve self-empowerment, and participate in civil society as active agents. This online platform serves women workers by promoting gender equality; helping women at the grass-roots level to improve their living and elevating their social status; promoting and advancing social justice for and equal treatment of women at the grass-roots level. It aims to provide an online platform for female workers to speak about their life stories; to empower themselves by writing; to encourage them to participate in the discussions on gender issues; and to raise their awareness of gender equality. Besides online services, Pepper Tribe also organizes offline gatherings and activities for female workers.

尖椒部落成立於2014年，是一個以推動基層女性通過網路傳媒自我賦權，以主體身份參與到公民社會中發聲的資訊平台。它旨在打造一個專門服務女性工人的全新網路平台，宣導性別平等，推動協助基層女性改善生活，提高社會地位；宣導推動基層女性爭取社會公正和平等待遇。它也提供一個線上平台讓女工述說她們的故事，透過線上寫作自我賦權，鼓勵她們參與性別議題的討論，及提高她們對性別平等的關注。除了線上活動及寫作，尖椒部落也會組織女工進行線下活動及聚會。
